Does the Cochrane Review recommend genotyping to adjust dose when starting warfarin?

Cochrane states: “[T]here is insufficient evidence to warrant genotype adjusted dosing” in patients beginning warfarin therapy.  This was after review of four studies with genotyping arms.  Three studies reported no difference with genotyping.  One study reported that the genotype group spent significantly more time in-range (P < 0.001), but had a control group whose INRs were significantly lower than expected
